Abstract

As a key component of the electro-hydraulic servo control system, the electro-hydraulic servo valve’s performance directly affects the stability of the system’s operation. Therefore, according to the company’s requirements, a servo valve testing system was designed based on LabVIEW. Firstly, the hydraulic system was designed according to the dynamic and static testing requirements of the servo valve. Then, the electrical control system and software system were designed based on PLC and LabVIEW. Finally, dynamic and static characteristic tests of the servo valve were conducted on the designed test bench. A flow-pressure dual closed-loop steady-state control method for testing the no-load flow characteristics was proposed, effectively improving the testing accuracy and meeting the company’s requirements.
