Abstract

If asked, everybody today would probably endorse general goals like worldwide social progress and justice, mutual understanding, equality of rights among nations and close cooperation between developing and industrialized countries — as these are envisaged by the U.N. ‘International Economic Order’ and by the ‘Programme of Action on the Establishment of a New International Economic Order’.
