Abstract
Rotifers ( Brachionus plicatilis) without enrichment or enriched with different types of dry feed for different times, were tested as start-feed for cod larvae. The influence of different water temperatures on larval growth was also studied. Rotifers fed a dry diet containing Atlantic cod ( Gadus morhua) roe meal for more than 4 h gave the best growth. Increasing water temperature increased the growth rate.
