Abstract

[Complete larval and postlarval developmental series of Upogebia quddusiae Tirmizi & Ghani, 1978, from Pakistan, were produced in the laboratory at room temperature (25°C-30°C). U. quddusiae displayed an abbreviated development of the advanced type, with two or three zoeal stages (under identical conditions). The life cycle was completed within 12 to 19 days.
