Abstract

The Directives of the Twenty-Fourth Congress of the CPSU on the Five-Year Plan for the Development of the USSR National Economy in 1971-1975 note that the broad intensification of social production and the increase in its effectiveness will be the nation's basic policy of economic development for the next few years as well as for the distant future.
