Abstract
One of the most important factors directing philosophical thought to the phenomenon of labor is the development of such social sciences as economics, political economy, sociology, psychology, statistics, ergonomics, cultural studies, etc. The data obtained in the course of specific scientific research changed the angle of view of philosophers, and also influenced the quality of their analysis. In the article, the author analyzes from the standpoint of social philosophy, sociology, economics such phenomena in the labor market as the concept of labor standards, typical and atypical forms of employment, in particular, precarization of employment as one of the main trends in social life that changes the nature and essence of labor.
