Abstract

A simple and sensitive Pb[Formula: see text] sensor is developed based on label-free 17E DNAzyme and unmodified Au nanoparticles. On this basis, Pb[Formula: see text] concentration can be judged according to the color variation of Au nanoparticles. The detection limit is 100[Formula: see text]nM and linear range is 100[Formula: see text]nM–16[Formula: see text][Formula: see text]M. It can serve as a measurement tool for Pb[Formula: see text] rapid detection, which provides reference for the development of sensors in environmental monitoring and food safety.
