Data validity testing uses a credibility test with member checks, transferability, and dependability. Data analysis uses the Spradley model. The results of the data analysis were found. First, the culture of 'unggah-ungguh boso' and the culture of 'ijab qobul' are caused by polite behavior. Second, honest behavior and fairness are caused by trust. More customers cause third, blessed profit and efforts to survive. Comprehensively, trust strengthens the influence of polite culture on blessed profit.
