Abstract

IntroductionThis study is interested in professionals working in house for social children and who have to face school violence of adolescents who are living in child protection institutions. The article tries to analyze institutional, professional and subjective factors in relation with perception and accompaniment of violent adolescents at school. MethodThrough professional way to live violence, their experience with adolescents and their relationship with school, we are questioning the education link quality and its role in emergence and accompaniment of school violence. Through analyzing of interviews that we done with professionals (n=16) and educators narrations about school violence (n=14), we have established a situation description of the school violence in MECS. AnalysisThe analysis of interviews and narrations highlighted trajectory and psychic internal fragility of adolescents. There is also repetition of violence in the school scene and intermittent relationship with school, and in general way with institutions. Besides adolescents’ fragilities, the fragilities of professionals are observed in mirror or in reaction to adolescents’ violence, and in the same way, in mirror or in reaction to professional perceptions and actions at school. ConclusionAccompaniment of violence seems above all dependent to subjective perception of professionals and to subjectivities meeting which are increasing between institutions, between school and protection institutions.
