Abstract
El siguiente artículo analiza la percepción de los viajeros españoles en torno a la ocupación japonesa de Corea en base a fuentes documentales. En primer lugar, se realiza un análisis de los principales argumentos utilizados por la propaganda japonesa para la racionalización del proyecto colonizador y posteriormente se ponen en relación con la información política y cultural que aportan los viajeros españoles sobre la Corea de esta época para determinar en qué medida se ven influenciados o no por el discurso oficial japonés.
