Abstract

An analysis is carried out of the new forms of social protection that are established for the protection of people in need due to lack of income and that have been established, based on the competence in matters of social assistance, by the Communities Autonomous. Likewise, the nature of universal basic income and the pos- sibility of state management of the same are examined based on the distribution of powers established by the Spanish Constitution.
