Abstract
The fundamental objective of this research effort, from the beginning, was to develop a study on the management of Human Talent in organizations in the formal sector of El Salvador, focusing attention on their internal promotion strategy, from the perspective of the working people. This topic has been addressed from the intersection of the generation classification variables, the productive sector for which they work, the type of work, the time they have been working since they obtained their first job and experience in the field with the nine questions in the body of the instrument. collection of information used. The findings suggest that in the Salvadoran reality with regard to the implementation of the internal promotion strategy there is still a lot of work to be done, it is aspects related to communicative actions, designing and executing training programs, the consolidation of a culture of meritocracy and of equal opportunities, among others.
