Abstract
Both response sets are compared to that of a third, control group. The study of narcissism is done by using Rorschach and TAT protocols with a specific methodology applied in addition to the classical analysis. This study refines the differential diagnosis. It makes it possible to separate out the favorable cases in which narcissistic cathexes are articulated to objectai cathexes, from cases for which the narcissistic vulnerability portends a more serious non neurotic evolution.
