Abstract

Introduction Neurosyphilis had to be evoked in the face of an atypical dementia. Case record We described a case of an 65-year-old man who has presented a neurosyphilis suspected in front of behavioural and cognitive troubles in context of risk sexual behavioural and confirmed by serologic tests in the cerebrospinal fluid. Discussion This case proves the necessity to research a neurosyphilis in subjects with a dementia syndrome which not corresponds to classic etiologies.
