Abstract

Philosophical and psychoanalytic Historiography, it is not concentrated on the relationship between Kant and Freud: the majority of researchers tends to frame the freudian Psychoanalysis in a philosophical context that comes from Schopenhauer and Nietzsche. At the same time, also researchers who although have linked Kant and Freud, have showed primarily the epistemological relationship between them. While recognizes the importance of the epistemological implications, the article will look instead to an exclusively moral investigation and will try to evidence: the frequency of the freudian references to kantian Morality; their presence in a particular theoretical nodes of freudian thought; their evolution and, finally, the article will show how morality, in its psychic consistency, is for Freud a kantian Morality.
