Abstract

Ramiro Guerra Sanchez was one of the Cuban educators that, from the optics of the bourgeois liberalism of filiation positivist, it developed a theory and educational practice whose central axis constitutes it the development of a Cuban, democratic and progressive school during the Bourgeois Republic (1902-1958). In the work, it is meditated on the contributions of this representative figure of the educational philosophical literature in Cuba like evidence of a fertile generation that so much enriched the ideal on the teacher, the school and the education for the Cubans, committed with the immaterial patrimony that represents.
