Abstract

The socioeconomic importance of tourism worldwide, truncated by the COVID-19 health crisis, has led to a commitment to innovation to survive the new environment. The literature on entrepreneurship indicates the existence of a gender bias in entrepreneurs. The objective is to know the state of the art in terms of whether the innovation of tourism entrepreneurs has a gender component. The research, a systematic analysis of the literature, searching for bibliographic references in the Web of Science and Scopus databases, as well as a manual search for any other that may exist in international organizations such as the UNWTO or the WTTC and through reverse references.
 La importancia socioeconómica del turismo a nivel mundial, truncada por la crisis sanitaria del COVID-19, ha llevado a apostar por la innovación para sobrevivir al nuevo entorno. La literatura sobre emprendimiento señala la existencia de un sesgo de género en los emprendedores. El objetivo es conocer el estado del arte en cuanto a que la innovación de los emprendedores turísticos tiene un componente de género.La investigación, un análisis sistemático de la literatura, en búsqueda de referencias bibliográficas en las bases de datos Web of Science y Scopus, así como una búsqueda manual de cualquier otra que pueda existir en organismos internacionales como la OMT o el WTTC y mediante referencias inversa.
