Abstract

En el presente artículo se exploran las estrategias poéticas, narrativas, discursivas y míticas que se combinan dentro de la novela Paradiso de José Lezama Lima a través del concepto clave de imago tomado como figura retórica (que se revisará desde la teoría ensayística del propio Lezama). El objetivo es identificar a la imago como un recurso retórico que funda una temporalidad en potencia y rompe el tiempo histórico y cronológico dentro de la novela del autor cubano.
