Abstract
Este artículo es un análisis sobre ¿cómo la herencia de una memoria puede ser transgredida cambiada, interrumpida e intervenida por medio de actos? En dos escenas de las obras Fe en disfraz de Mayra Santos-Febres y Palabra, ojos y memoria de Edwidge Danticat. Estas escenas apuntan a posicionar a la mujer negra como una heredera transgresora de una memoria colectiva. Una mujer que resiste y responde a otros modos de heredar, a otros modos de responder a ese legado que le ha sido asignado. Este ensayo propone una mirada crítica, haciendo énfasis en el papel de la mujer heredera y en su construcción como sujeto autónomo.
