Abstract
La responsabilidad penal de las personas jurídicas, introducida en el Código penal en 2010, puede interpretarse como un intento por hacer eficaces los delitos económicos, siempre problemáticos en materia de autoría. En esa línea, la reciente reforma penal ha introducido los Compliance Programs, que proponen un modo de exención de la responsabilidad penal de las empresas vinculado a la asunción de una función preventiva en su propia estructura.
