Abstract

Teacher training must respond to the new times that demand competent and trained professionals for their professional and social performance in an ethical and moral way. The present work aims to analyze this process from a humanistic, ethical and moral perspective aimed at enhancing the development of professional competences, for which a bibliographic review-type study was carried out based on hermeneutical and analytic-synthetic methods, thus as in the content analysis technique. Among the main findings are the training process based on vocation, ethics and education for citizenship for the development of professional, cognitive, methodological, creative, informative, technological, organizational, socializing, persuasive, ideological, guiding and communicative skills, that allow through efficient performance to educate new generations of citizens.
