Abstract

This paper analyzes the phraseological expression of anger in Italian and Spanish through the metaphorical conception of this semantic field in both languages.The aim of this article is to analyze the similarities and differences in the conceptualization of anger and show what type of metaphors and mappings are the most productive in each language, whether they are coincident and what kind of lexical differences occur.
