Abstract
La Universidad Peruana, nos referimos a la genuina Universidad y no a los centros donde se imparte educación superior formados recientemente con fines mercantilistas o de proselitismo, sigue siendo un espacio de reflexión, una institución ubicada dentro de una realidad histórica determinada que no sólo le sirve de base, sino que constituye una situación temporal y espacial que debe ser objeto de estudio, análisis, valoración y juicio crítico.
