Abstract
The reception within the Church of the dogmatic Constitution Dei Verbum has shown the importance of this document by saying that it is the gateway through which others should be reached. As its most important achievements we find: the inclusion of the Holy Scripture in Revelation, and the presentation of Revelation and Tradition in a more dynamic way than in the earlier documents of the Magistery. However, theological literature warns us that we must still develop what the document suggests on the inspiration and interpretation of the Holy Scripture. The writing emphasizes that this labor will be better achieved by serene reflection on the structure of Dei Verbum .
