Abstract

Comentarios Reales (1964) by Antonio Cisneros is characterized by a demystifying perspective of the official history of Peru. The author makes use of irony and language resources to oppose different points of view, for example, the popular before the leader. In this sense, this article carries out a rhetorical analysis of “Tres testimonios de Ayacucho” through approaches specific to the General Textual Rhetoric to expose the criticism of the historical elimination of the anonymous martyr, this in dialogue with concepts such as «poetics of mourning», «historical memory» and «dehumanization».
