Abstract

Market globalisation and the development of an increasingly intricate network of businesses emphasize the complexity of the flow of information and channels of communication between corporations, management, shareholders and other stakeholders. In a highly structured relationship frame, the communication and information of Corporate Governance become very important tools in the management of consensus and agreement in complex organizations, characterised by multiple interest structures and a concrete Market-Driven Management strategy. Regardless of the selected system of governance, the goal that companies must pursue is the creation of strong relationships with different publics, in other words defining coherent policies of Corporate Governance communication.
