Abstract
This work postulates the revision, readapting and/or radical modification of the organizational based or principles in the light of the new modes adopted by modern complexity in the “internal” and “external” environment of the competitive economic organizations. The changes, which we assume as radical, that are occurring both in the structure and functions of this type of organizations, can not still be understood from the “traditional” organizational principles point of view. We try to justify this posture explaining on one side, the nature and sense of the transformations occurring in current economic organizations, and on the other side, connecting said modifications with broader for reproduction of capital, where we see a metamorphosis of the work valuation process. Said metamorphosis, in our view, might account for two processes of extraordinary relevant, such as the acceleration of the dynamics and change of direction of the development and validation process of the scientific-technological knowledge, and the new model of use and waste of the knowledge, that are introduced to the waste of the knowledge, that are introduced to the interior of the economic organizations to conform value. On the other hand, this new configuration of the “internal” and “external” environments of the organizations is used to study the new forms adopted by the organizational complexity, which would be emerging from the notable increase in variety and variability of the processes, system and products characterizing competitive companies.
