Abstract
This paper studies the Grey Wheel-Made Pottery from the excavated graves at the Montemolin Settlement. This Orientalizing Pottery gives us the possibility of analizing the extent to which the site is related to the Phoenicians settled in the South of the peninsula, during the VII and VI centuries b.C.

Nos adentraríamos en una serie de hipótesis, que aunque plantean cuestiones interesantes, necesitarían para su verificación, tanto del aporte de nuevos datos procedentes de las excavaciones de estos poblados orientalizantes del Sur Peninsular, como del análisis de las pastas cerámicas grises de Montemolín, para comprobar la posible filiación oriental de algunos platos como se da en Crevillente (González Prats y Pina, 1983: 121)
