Abstract

Abstract Describes a section in the Amelieles-Bains area in the eastern French Pyrenees that shows an almost continuous Mesozoic sequence. Two gypsiferous levels are present in the Triassic; the younger, considered Keuper, separates the dolomitic Muschelkalk from calcareous-dolomitic beds attributed to the Jurassic.
