Abstract
Sacral insufficiency fractures (SIF) are observed in osteoporotic subjects, with aging, female sex, and corticosteroids as risk factors1,2. Teriparatide may be a therapeutic option in such cases, as well as surgical stabilization in recalcitrant cases3.
