Abstract
By a decision of the 23rd of December 2014, the administrative judge (Conseil d’État) quashed the good practice guideline “Autism and other pervasive developmental disorders”, jointly developed by the National Authority for Health (HAS) and the National Agency of medical and social institution's Evaluation and Quality (ANESM). That invalidation, based on procedural grounds, is part of a broader trend of the last decade marked by the improvement of judicial inspection of good practice guidelines. As well as providing some new details, this decision gives an opportunity to examine this evolution, which affects both the opening of the appeal against the recommendations, and the scope of review by the administrative judge.
