Abstract

The purpose of this study was to understand the indirect role of hierarchical and colleagues social support between bullying and the three forms of organizational (procedural, interpersonal, and informational) justice in one hand, the emotional commitment and outcome in terms of emotional exhaustion on the other hand. The data collected from survey submitted to 92 subjects were subjected to correlation, linear regressions and mediation analyzes. The regressions show that psychological bullying added to procedural, interpersonal and informational justice, as well as emotional engagement explains emotional exhaustion. Mediation analyzes also reveal that social support for colleagues has an indirect effect between interpersonal, informational, procedural and emotional exhaustion. Finally, the hierarchy social support has an indirect effect between the informational justice, procedural justice and emotional exhaustion.
