Abstract
The NLO sample L-Malic acid-doped Guanidinium Carbonate (LM-doped GC) was made to go through evaporation process slowly. The unit cell values have been determined by means of single-crystal XRD. The functional values of LM-doped GC were recognized with the aid of FT-Infrared analysis. The Photoluminescence of LM-doped GC was also recorded. The etchingness was executed at the grown crystal. With the aid of TG and DTA, the thermal parameters investigated. Microhardness research as well as Dielectric studies of grown crystal became performed. The SHG performance showed via powder approach of Kurtz-Perry. LM-doped GC was observed to be a fantastic NLO material.
