Abstract
The concept of “adapted housing and service houses” is both innovative and experimental and offers the possibility of creating safe and adapted housing for older dependent people within a collective, service-dedicated space in rural areas. The extra benefit of the intergenerational project of adapted housing for older people and disabled people is to offer an intergenerational space and supportive residential history.
