Abstract

Based in Jerusalem, The Elijah Interfaith Institute, founded and presided by Rabbi Alon Goshen-Gottstein, organizes meetings of religious leaders in a spirit of dialogue and collaboration. The chosen themes include points of doctrine and burning questions for inter-religious relations. These meetings rely on the working papers of specialists of six traditions (Judaism, Christianity, Islam, Buddhism, Hinduism and Sikhism). Updated, these essays are now edited in a new collection.
