Abstract

Agriculture in Lower Normandy has often a traditionnal picture in the common ima- ginery. It deserves a more various light. In spite of politic and economic constraints, the domination of milk-farming is not put off. However, agricultural dynamics are given by expansion of the pattern of cultivating plains on grazing-farming zones. Their diversified resistance takes much after specific characters of Pays of which makes them.
