Abstract
The values of the normal aldolase activity of the cerebrospinal fluid are much lower when incubated at 38° with Tris buffer, pH 8.6 than at 25° with collidine buffer, pH 7.2. Under the later conditions the normal aldolase activity of the cerebrospinal fluid appeared to be of the same order as that of blood serum.
