Abstract

The paper focuses on the relationship between theatrical education and cultural mediation, through the analysis of the participatory theatrical production titled Unspeakable at the Csokonai Theatre of Debrecen. It uses the theory of the French cultural scholar Jean Caune to determine the role of theatrical education in the process of cultural transmission, while differentiating between aesthetic and artistic mediation.
