Abstract

The development of quantum computers creates new opportunities in the legal field, but also creates a number of problems. This article focuses on data security, intellectual property rights, privacy protection, and other legal aspects of quantum computers. Also, the need to develop laws and regulations governing quantum technologies, liability issues and legal guarantees arising from the use of quantum computers will be analyzed. The article also discusses crimes that can be committed with the help of quantum computers and measures to prevent them. In conclusion, the importance of international cooperation in solving the legal challenges of quantum computers and artificial intelligence is highlighted.
