Abstract

This paper describes the development and implementation of metrological methods in the soft X-ray (80–2000 eV) and vacuum ultraviolet (10–100 eV) ranges at the Kosmos synchrotron radiation metrological station, functioning at the Siberian International Centre for Synchrotron Radiation. The station’s basic parameters are presented and a short description of its configuration and systems of monochromatization and reference detectors are given. A list of basic metrological methods used at the station for the calibration of various types of detectors is also provided.
