Abstract
The author deals with the model interpretation of the city's spatial structure. This approach emphasizes the role of the urban structure based on nodes and development corridors. Continuing the research on the spatial structure of Krakow, the author considers the criteria appropriate for the delimitation of areas with the highest crystallization potential of the urban tissue. Against this background, presents the results of a case study of one of the main development axes of Krakow.
