Abstract

Continuity and Change in Cenozoic Herpetofaunas of Central EuropeThe occurrence and distribution of amphibians and reptiles are determined to a large extend from climatic conditions. Several waves of immigration due to corresponding climatic changes can be established in the Cenozoic of Central Europe. The waves of immigration show a similar composition.
