Abstract
<p>Artykuł omawia problemy pojawiające się w komunikacji pomiędzy pracownikiem służby zdrowia (lekarzem, pielęgniarką/pielęgniarzem, ratownikiem medycznym, stomatologiem, rehabilitantem, farmaceutą) a pacjentem. Wskazuje na asymetrię owych relacji, pokazuje różnicę pomiędzy dwoma sposobami komunikacji – autorytarnym i partnerskim. Próbuje zdiagnozować i opisać przeszkody, które utrudniają relację pacjent–lekarz.
