Abstract

This study aims to obtain data and information about interpersonal communication at the Padang City Social Service office regarding intimacy, openness, empathy, supportive attitude, and trust. This research is descriptive quantitative where the population and sample are employees as respondents amounted to 57 people. The research instrument uses a Likert scale model consisting of 30 questions and 5 alternative answers that have been tried for legitimacy and dependability. The aftereffects of the exploration information show that relational correspondence at the Padang City Social Service office in regards to (1) knowledge of good rules with an accomplishment of 3.99 (2) receptiveness to great models with an accomplishment of 3.89 (3) sympathy on great rules with an accomplishment of 3.94 (4) steady demeanor with great measures with an accomplishment of 4.11, and (5) trust in great rules with an accomplishment of 3.97. Consequently, it tends to be reasoned that relational correspondence at the Padang City Social Service office as indicated by workers is in a decent classification with an accomplishment level of 3, 97.
