Abstract
In this study, we analyzed the performance of a refocusing algorithm that compensates for the blurring effect of a moving target in a synthetic aperture radar image. First, sub-images containing blurred target signals were extracted from the images obtained from the KOrea Multi-Purpose SATellite-5 (KOMPSAT-5). Subsequently, some refocusing algorithms were applied to the sub-images to compensate for the blurring effect of the moving target, and their performance was analyzed.
