Abstract

The problem in this study is the low level of social competence possessed by South Negeri 1 Rao Vocational School teachers in Pasaman Regency. This study aims to find out how much social competency possessed by South Rao 1 South Vocational School teachers in Pasaman Regency. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study were all students of SMK Negeri 1 South Rao Pasamanyaitu, class X and XI, totaling 556 people. Sampling in this study using the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique, so that the sample in this study amounted to 226 people. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire or questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used descriptive statistical analysis. The results showed that, social competence of teachers in terms of the ability to communicate with students by 79.4% or in the category of able. While the social competence of teachers in terms of the ability to get along effectively with students by 81.4% or are in the category of very capable

Kompetensi Sosial dilihat dari Kemampuan Berkomunikasi dengan Peserta Didik

Penyebaran data kompetensi sosial guru ditinjau dari kemampuan dalam berkomunikasi dengan peserta didik dapat dilihat pada Tabel 6. Menggunakan kata-kata yang baik saat 9 memberikan tugas melalui media social kepada 4,2 83,2 Sangat Mampu peserta didik. Menggunakan kata-kata yang tepat saat 10 memberikan arahan kepada peserta didik 4,1 82,7 Sangat Mampu melalui papan pengumuman. Berdasarkan tabel di atas, bahwa kompetensi sosial guru ditinjau dari kemampuan dalam berkomunikasi dengan peserta didik diperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 79,4. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara umumkompetensi sosial guru ditinjau dari kemampuan dalam berkomunikasi dengan peserta didikberada pada kategori “Mampu”. 2.
