Abstract

This study aims to obtain the relationship between the remuneration system and willingness to share knowledge, and its impact on performance in public service agencies moderated by their organisational culture in work in multicultural areas. Previous studies about remuneration and their effect on the employee's performance have been done, but it does not include organisational culture as a variable. The design of data collection uses a survey approach. The hypothesis made use of inter-variable path, while the calculation used PLS from SPSS 2.0 Software. Remuneration policies can encourage knowledge sharing activities among employees supported by remuneration, clan culture, and market culture applied in the organisation. The methodology used in this study organised to public organisations and other services, but the results of the research require retesting in each of the organisations studied.
