Abstract

With the spreading of intelligent machines, man-machine communication has become an important research area. Today, intelligent robots co-operating with humans usually have to be able to store, retrieve, and update information about their environment, interpret and execute commands, offer existing and gain/learn new services. In these processes, the efficient knowledge representation and storage are of key importance. In this paper, a new graph based modular knowledge storage and representation form is presented which is able to handle inaccurate and ambiguous information, to store, retrieve, modify, and extend theoretical and practical knowledge, to interpret commands, and to learn new cognitions.KeywordsKnowledge RepresentationAction NodeIntelligent RobotFuzzy Membership FunctionObject NodeThese keywords were added by machine and not by the authors. This process is experimental and the keywords may be updated as the learning algorithm improves.
