Abstract

This research study delves into the crucial relationship between Knowledge Management (KM) practices and the attainment of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The Sustainable Development Goals, set by the United Nations, encompass a wide range of interconnected global challenges, such as poverty eradication, environmental sustainability, and social equality. Knowledge Management, as a discipline focused on capturing, sharing, and leveraging organizational knowledge, has the potential to play a pivotal role in supporting efforts towards achieving these ambitious goals. Through an extensive literature review and empirical research, this study aims to investigate the specific ways in which KM strategies and tools can contribute to the implementation and success of the SDGs. The findings of this research will provide valuable insights for policymakers, organizations, and stakeholders seeking to align their KM initiatives with sustainable development objectives.
