Abstract

For firms looking to preserve a competitive advantage in the fast-paced commercial climate of today, knowledge management is an essential task. This descriptive study aims to investigate the function of knowledge management in decision-making and organizational effectiveness. The study covers the core ideas and elements of knowledge management and how they might be used to improve organizational performance through a survey of the literature. The study also explores the role that knowledge management can play in assisting decision-making at the organizational and individual levels. The results of this study demonstrate the significance of knowledge management as a tactical instrument for managing intellectual capital and adding value in businesses. According to the study's findings, a knowledge management system that is effective can increase organizational effectiveness by promoting information sharing and innovation.
